Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 30, 2021, found that New Life Home Health Care Agency, Inc., had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on July 27, 2021.
